  • Rates and Fees: Exchange rates displayed on our website are estimates based on current market conditions. The final rate may differ slightly at the exact moment of execution. All fees are included in the displayed exchange rate — there are no hidden or additional charges.
  • Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Ensure that the destination address you provide is correct. We cannot retrieve or refund assets sent to an incorrect address.
